Dear Friends,
As the seasons shift and autumn dresses our hard-scrabble trees in yellow and red, we are grateful to present the 29th issue of MoonPark Review.
In this edition, we present stories that capture the fleeting nature of change, the bittersweet beauty of transformation, and quiet moments of reflection. Our contributors to this issue have crafted works that speak to the heart of what fall represents: the tension between letting go and holding on, the balancing point between the waxing and the waning of life, the dance between light and shadow, the advance and the retreat, and the oh, so many small yet significant moments that remind us of the cyclical nature of life.
These stories and prose poems highlight voices both familiar and new, each offering their own unique perspective on the themes of transition, memory, loss, and renewal.
As always, we are deeply grateful to our writers for entrusting us with their work and to our readers for continuing to support this literary community.
We hope this collection resonates with you as we, at MoonPark, recognize and celebrate the permanency of change. Because, everything always changes.
And finally, if you’re in the United States, Please Vote on November 5th!
Warmly,
Mary Lynn & Lesley Weston-Reed
